Systems.The Program Excellence (Px) team provides strategic and
thought leadership to Project, Program, and Portfolio Management
for the ES Sector with annual sales of approximately $7B and over
600 program managers. With our robust offering of educational and

role within the Px team will be responsible for driving key
initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the ES Sector Program
Management community. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of monthly project management functional
metrics as well as learning and development reports for Px
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the Px team
regarding the ES learning and development database, ensuring
seamless coordination and communication with the Program Management
community
- Collaborating with external training partners to schedule and
facilitate training sessions tailored to the needs of ES Program
Managers
- Overseeing and facilitating the ES PM Fellow selection process
to acknowledge and recognize the sustained superior performance of
our most experienced Program Managers
- Managing periodic PM Connect MS Teams sessions to foster
engagement and knowledge-sharing within the ES Program Management
community
- Coordinating program team self-awareness sessions with other Px
team members to promote collaboration and growth
- Assuming additional responsibilities as needed to support the
ongoing success of the Px team and the ES Sector Program Management
community.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications
- Excellent interpersonal skillsPreferred Education, Experience,
& Skills
- At least 2 years or professional work experience
- Enjoys solving problems
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience working in a cross-functional organization
- Proven team collaboration and communication skills
- Looking for a candidate that is driven and result oriented
- Ability to initiate, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
simultaneously
- Highly adaptable with a high degree of initiativePay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $55295 - $94001Please note: This
range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual
salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not
limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and
internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as
