ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER

High school diploma or GED required, College or continuing education preferred. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven conflict management. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines. Team player: supports teammates and colleagues. Strong organizational skills. Five years of related manufacturing leadership experience. Machine shop experience preferred. Effective communication skills. PC experience (MS Office, SAP).
