something bigger.The Director, Global ERP Applications at
Resonetics will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a
strategic ERP roadmap that aligns with business objectives. This
role will partner with business leaders to identify and lead
simultaneous complex, cross-site ERP initiatives from planning
through post-implementation support, including those related to
acquisitions, while ensuring timely execution, risk management, and
regulatory compliance in the medical device industry. The Director
will oversee ERP upgrades, system integrations, master data
management initiatives, and system enhancements while coordinating
internal and external resources to drive continuous improvement and

hear from you.Responsibilities
- ERP Strategy & Execution: Partner with business leaders across
the enterprise to develop a strategic ERP roadmap that aligns with
business priorities and vendor ERP roadmaps. Lead the execution of
this roadmap by overseeing the implementation, integration, and
enhancement of Epicor and QAD ERP systems to support business
objectives across global manufacturing sites.
- System Upgrades and Modifications: Plan and execute ERP system
upgrades, migrations post-M&A activity, and system enhancements
while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Project Management: Manage ERP project plans, schedules,
budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring successful project
delivery. Facilitate discussions with business leaders to define
scope, ensuring project scope and requirements are clearly defined,
communicated, and followed. Oversee proper testing phases,
including UAT, to ensure successful deployment and system
performance. Coach and guide teams on standard project execution
methodologies to improve project consistency and
effectiveness.
- Vendor and Resource Management: Serve as the primary liaison
with external vendors, manage relationships, and coordinate
activities of internal and external resources. Vendor management is
critical, as the IT project team will be heavily composed of
consultants (as opposed to full-time employees). Lead vendor
meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Change Management and Training: Lead change management
initiatives, ensure appropriate communication and training to
ensure effective ERP adoption across the organization.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential project risks
and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively communicate issues
and challenges to stakeholders and leadership to ensure timely
resolution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal
teams, external partners, and subject matter experts to drive ERP
initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes in
production, supply chain, and finance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular progress updates to
executive leadership and other key stakeholders, highlighting
project achievements, risks, and action plans. Proactively escalate
challenges, gaps, and resource requirements to address issues
before they impact successful program delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ERP systems meet quality and
regulatory compliance, particularly in the medical device sector,
and support validation processes.
- M&A Integration: Lead ERP migrations during acquisitions,
collaborating with internal teams, new employees, and external
partners to integrate processes and platforms into Resonetics'
broader ERP strategy.Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information
Systems, or a related technical discipline. Master's Degree or MBA
is beneficial but not required.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience managing IT projects, with a
minimum of 8 years of experience managing ERP implementation
projects with at least $2 Million in spend, preferably in the
manufacturing and/or medical device industry.
- Extensive experience managing ERP financial and operational
systems, ensuring integration and optimization across business
functions.
- Strong knowledge and experience managing all Project Management
and Systems Development Lifecycle phases, ensuring structured
execution from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed
environment, with a strong focus on ERP system enhancements and
deployments across multiple sites.
- Proven track record in M&A-related ERP system
integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP master data management and IT system
governance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with
expertise in setting and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, particularly in
environments where resources may not be directly controlled.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project,
Smartsheet) and strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in
a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and leadership skills, with the ability to
regularly engage and present to all levels of the organization,
including executive leadership.
