We are looking for a CE who can successfully assess customer technical requirements and lead the effort to derive the system technical baseline for a major new program. In this role you will be the 'hands on' technical lead of a program, ensuring the system(s), product(s), and service(s) being developed and delivered are viable, fit for purpose, and will satisfy customer needs, product/system requirements, and the mission and/or application. ACES is a diverse and growing product line with several advanced technology development programs as well as high-rate production programs with a common mission to protect the warfighter. • Active Secret Security clearance and ability to obtain Special Access clearances
• At least 12 years direct experience as Subject Matter Expert in RF EW payloads
• Experience designing, building, testing and integrating small form factor payloads
• Demonstrated experience as a technical leaderPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related discipline
  • Requirements development and derivation from top-level needs down to sub-system needs
  • Authoring white papers/RFIs for US Gov't customers
  • Leading or contributing significantly to proposals
  • MBSE experience with MagicDraw
  • SCI EligiblePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
