_Signing Bonus_Full time open - 7p-7:30a, every other weekend*Licensed Nursing Assistant Job Description**Job Summary*We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our Acute Rehab Hospital. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients while assisting nursing staff with daily tasks.*Responsibilities*- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.- Maintain accurate medical documentation to ensure continuity of care.
