Must have ACLS from AHA or the American Red Cross.

  - Required Certs: BLS, ACLS.
    - Unit Specific Information
    - ACLS required for: ER, ICU, Med/Surg, PCU, Tele, CVICU, GI Lab, PACU, and L&D.
    - PALS required, not for ICU.
    - TNCC preferred for ER, not required.
      - Additional Details
      - Government issued photo ID required.
      - Emergency Contact Form required prior to start.
      - CORI release needed.
      - Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing is required.
