Bulger Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dynamic Clinical Supervisor to guide our surgical team members in Lawrence, Massachusetts.With our unique blend of General Practice, Specialty Medicine, and 24hr Emergency Care, every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners.About the Role:The Surgery Clinical Supervisor will work with the management team to focus on high quality, comprehensive and effective medical services to ensure the optimal client and patient experience. They will oversee and manage the surgical teams as well as being a part of the hospital management team. Tasks for managing these teams include scheduling, training, and hiring.
