Job SummaryThis role provides direct clinical patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring a safe and effective experience for our patients.Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated, ensuring competency and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates must:

• Hold a current nursing license, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Have a strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and policies.
