  • Deliver empathetic, patient-centered care following established protocols
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by the medical team
  • Monitor patient health status, including vital signs and treatment effectiveness
  • Work with the healthcare team to create and execute patient care plans
  • Keep detailed and accurate medical records while meeting all regulatory requirements Qualifications:
    • Active LPN license in Massachusetts
    • At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
    • Caring, patient-focused demeanor
    • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends when necessary -
