  As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will perform echocardiography exams, including sub-specialty exams such as stress echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography. Employ two-dimensional and color Spectral Doppler and M-mode imaging techniques, and image patients as requested by ordering physician. You must have the ability to synthesize varying amounts of data related to the patient's medical history and be responsible for the patient's welfare for the entire time the patient is in the outpatient facility, or for the length of time the inpatient is in the testing area.
  
  Requirements:
  ARDMS registration must be obtained within 2 years of employment.
  
  
  • 
    
  • 2-3 years experience in echocardiography preferred
    
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent, or graduate of an accredited cardiac ultrasound program
    
  • RDCS/RCS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from ARMDS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer from CCI
    
  • BLS/CPR Certification
