markets.SUMMARY:Responsible for the planning, execution,
cultivation, and monitoring of account acquisition and penetration
of customers in designated segments. Regularly calls current and
prospective clients to obtain orders for Kforce services to ensure
customer satisfaction. Builds solid, profitable relationships with
clients through the delivery of exceptional service characterized
by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage in client development activities, including sourcing,
initial client qualification, identifying potential end
users/decision makers, establishing contact relationships,
completing company and department profiles, candidate marketing,
identifying cross-selling opportunities, and scheduling new client
visits.
- Ensure local market alignment with initiatives related to
client targeting.
- Call prospective or existing clients to obtain and/or close
agreements for services or identify new hiring managers.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer
satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and qualify/classify target accounts
within assigned geography.
- Establish client expectations and effectively communicate to
appropriate parties.
- Coordinate with Recruiter once a job order need has been
identified and obtained.
- Leverage current systems to track and maintain current and
prospective clients.
- Determine and implement appropriate marketing techniques for
market, industry, and region.
- Complete required reporting and paperwork on a timely
basis.
- Develop and execute a daily plan.KEY SUCCESS

EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's degree plus 1 year of related product/business
experience within the staffing industry or equivalent combination
of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree
preferred.WORKING CONDITIONS:TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
