Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enhanced Family Support Supervisor
for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily activities of frontline staff while
ensuring quality assurance and performance improvement
Handle escalated calls and provide guidance to team members,
resolving operational issues as they arise
Analyze performance data to identify gaps and develop plans to meet
organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
2+ years of management or supervisory experience
2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling in a call center
environment
