Job Description Please Note this position supports our 2nd
Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd
Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM -- 4/10 work week -- Working Monday to
Thursday every Friday off.Because of the need for consistent,
in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work
onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be
performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on
location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.Our employees

pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires
US citizenship.Works from engineering design drawings, diagrams,
schematics, or written instructions to build and test optical
subassemblies, opto-mechanical, and/or electro-optical assemblies.
Assembles, bonds and performs other joining techniques from
specific instructions. Must be familiar with working with a wide
variety of adhesives and epoxy's. Experience and understanding of
military criteria.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Must
have 8 or more years of optical assembly experience with military
hardware against MIL STD 883 and J-STD-001. Must have the ability
to read prints, process sheets and other related documentation used
for manufacturing complex optical assemblies and subassemblies.
Must be familiar with proper handling and inspection of optics
including interpreting scratch/dig criteria and recognizing
cosmetic coating anomalies.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$72380 - $115830Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
