Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Delivery Associate
III, preferably in the Mountain and Pacific Time Zones.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Utilize multiple systems to assess and resolve customer issues
effectively
Collaborate with back-office departments to ensure timely and
accurate service resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree
preferred
2-3 years of call center experience preferred
Experience in the insurance, dental, or disability industry is a
plus
Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload with
a hard-wired connection
Completion of company training program required
