Job Description:
What is the primary mission of this role? Candidate will be responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations in ESD environment.
Main functions of the role:
Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Seated position-benchwork, may be putting bonding and assembly parts together.
Some use of cameras and microscopes. Working with small parts assembly under ESD environment.

Required Skills Sets:
Ability to read and follow work instructions - On a screen/monitor.
Basic work experience in assembly with smaller parts.
Be able to login and type in notations of any product issue in the computer system.



Desired Skill Sets:
Candidate experience with building models, legos, making jewelry or Crafting type experience or small assembly will be preferred.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED

Pay Rate: $17 - $22 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
