Job Description:

Venture Search is working with a top investment firm, which has been around for 20 years. They cover both private and public market strategies and, as part of their continued growth, are looking for a Investment Analyst/Associate for their Private Credit team.
The hires must be happy to relocate to Boston, and need to have previous experience in compliance within the finance sector. H1B visa sponsorship can be offered for these positions.
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with team members on multiple private credit investments across both their existing portfolio and investment pipeline.
• Managing pipeline and portfolio systems
• Underwriting
• Improving origination and surveillance capabilities
  Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 1-4 years of experience in Private Credit investing experience at an Investment Manager. Previous experience in Private Credit is essential - candidates who do not have this will not be considered.
  • Bachelors degree & strong GPS
  • Strong technical skills - experience in underwriting is preferred.
